Representatives act as data processors under written agreement and are bound by strict data handling obligations including TPS/CTPS screening.

Each third party processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Contact form submissions and client data are retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 6 years (for legal and accounting purposes). Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).
