  • Booking data: when you book a call via Cal.com, we receive your name, email, and booking details.
  • Analytics data: anonymised usage data collected via Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, device type, and approximate location.

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
  • To deliver and manage our web development services
  • To improve our website and understand how visitors use it
  • To send occasional service updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • To contact prospective business clients by telephone through authorised independent representatives

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Google Analytics 4: anonymised analytics cookies to understand site usage. These do not personally identify you.

  • Cal.com: booking and scheduling

  • Resend: transactional email delivery
  • Authorised sales representatives: independent contractors who may contact businesses by telephone on our behalf to introduce our web development services. Representatives act as data processors under written agreement and are bound by strict data handling obligations including TPS/CTPS screening.

Each third party processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and client data are retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 6 years (for legal and accounting purposes). Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Request data portability
